Your Perception of Wholeness: It’s Harvest Time!

As Autumn arrives let’s welcome it as an invitation to remember that like the seasons, our lives are always in transition, that impermanence alone is permanent. Observing leaves falling from the trees, we can reflect on releasing from our lives that which no longer serves us. In spite of the ego’s holding on to what it tries, convincing us keeps us safe and secure. We can introspect on the habits, beliefs, convictions, concepts and attitudes that we are being called to question and let go of them.
